TDL keeps a simple but professional dress code that we ask all 

students to uphold across all levels of dancers.

For all classes except ballet:

(Training/Technique, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary)

• Fitted solid black athletic/dance attire

-Examples:

Black leggings, spandex shorts, jogging shorts, etc

Fitted tops, sport bra, leotard and shorts are suitable options​.

Please no baggy tee shirts or sweatpants except for hip hop

-no tights

-Hair in bun and off the face

-no large jewelry

• Most training classes require shoes: Bloch Spin II half sole shoes

For all ballet classes:

Ages 4-11 

• ​Black leotard (any style)

• Light Pink "convertible" tights

• Canvas ballet shoes (light pink)​

• Hair in a bun, no jewelry, no applewatches

Ages 12-18

• Any color or style leotard of choice

• Light pink or black tights (worn over or under)

• Light Pink canvas ballet shoes of your choice

• Hair in a bun​

 

Ballet Boys (any age):

Solid black or white tee shirt w/ black gym shorts and black canvas ballet shoes

Hip Hop Classes:

• Any baggy clothing of choice

• clean, dry, sneakers designated for the studio- suggested shoes include vans, nike dunks, converse, etc (running/athletic sneakers not recommended)
